In a live match the computer reads your tactics and the score, and answers every few minutes.
This is the real C# match engine (the same code that runs inside Unity), running here in your browser as WebAssembly, match . The clock runs 4.5× faster than real time, so 45 minutes take 10. Staged match: the same scripted match every time - a light injury, a yellow card, a direct red card, a serious injury with a substitution, and a second yellow and red - whatever the weather; find them under "Key moments". Random match: a new match every time, which you can rewind and fast-forward. Live match: you are the home team against the computer, played as it happens and not rewindable. Give your team its tactic in the panel under the pitch (defensive line, width, passing, tempo, style): in a live match the players follow it at once, and the computer manager reads your tactics and the score and answers every few minutes. The settings (gear) choose the weather, wind, pitch upkeep, day or night, grass pattern, net and team colours and the match pace; rain, snow, wind and a worn pitch change how the match is played.
